Though the season was unfortunately cut short, our 2020 robot, Overthrow, was still able to participate in the Wake County district event, where we came home with finalist medals and an Innovation in Control Award.
Overthrow, our most advanced robot to date, has a lightning-fast Power Cell turret with 360° of travel along with a set of arms which house a climb mechanism, intake, and control panel spinner. Overthrow competed at FNC District Wake County Event, where the team was the finalist alliance captain. We also received the Innovation in Control award for our turret and clever combination of other mechanisms.
